Leave Entitlements
This screen enables the user to configure the accrual method/holiday plan and allows for the viewing of leave entitlement details for a selected employee.

Prerequisites
Rules and Guidelines
- Leave entitlements from the current year and inactive records from previous years are displayed on this screen. All entitlements that are part of the current Leave Year show an entitlement date and are displayed as the top records while inactive records are added as part of the Year End reset and are set to read-only.
- An employee's leave entitlement/s will be updated automatically for a New Starter if the Starter Pro-ration Rule is configured for the selected Accrual Plan.
- When first establishing employee data or in the case of a system error, this window is accessed to correct or setup leave entitlements information.
- When an employee is selected, any existing leave entitlements are displayed.
- Details of leave entitlements can be recorded/viewed directly onto the table, or drilled down on the record.

- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
This field identifies the accrual method / holiday plan rule for a particular leave type.
This read-only field displays the leave classification from the Plan.

This read-only field is automatically populated with the value from the Plan.
This field displays the Start date of the Holiday Year.
This field displays the Period End date of entitlement accrual as defined in an employee's Accrual Plan, e.g. Holiday Year, Start Date, Birth Date, etc.
This field displays the number of days the employee is entitled to at the start of the period. Changes can be made in this field if the employee's Plan Type is 'Fixed'. If the Plan Type value is 'Accrue', this field is set to read-only.
This field displays the number of days taken during the period.
This field displays the number of days available to the employee during the period.
This read-only field displays the unit of accrual defined in the employee's Plan, e.g. Days or Hours.
This read-only field displays the number of holidays an employee is entitled to for a year.
This read-only field displays the maximum number of units the entitlement can be when rolled forward on anniversary in order to allow for carried-forward unused units
